SATURDAY TEAM NEWS

LEICESTER have booked Josh Grajczonek to guest in their clash with King’s Lynn at Beaumont Park on Saturday (7.30).

The Watling JCB Lions are searching for a second straight home win against the Norfolk outfit after a 54-38 win when the sides met on July 24.

They have drafted in Aussie ace Grajczonek to guest for the injured Kim Nilsson in the No.1 spot, whilst rider replacement again covers for Pawel Przedpelski.

Club bosses have urged fans to come and support the team, with a bouncy castle for kids between 5.30 and 7.30.

Owner Damien Bates said: “We’ve had some great support the last few weeks, and with it being the school holiday we hope we’ll get another good crowd this weekend.

“We’ve got a bouncy castle for the kids and we want them to bring their air horns and make some noise for the boys as we try and get another win.”

Meanwhile, Leicester head to high-flying Swindon tonight (Thursday, 7.30) looking to add to their SGB Premiership points tally.

The Watling JCB Lions take a patched-up side to the Abbey with Danny King and Kyle Newman on SGB Championship duty with Ipswich.

Scott Nicholls, Thomas Jorgensen and Rohan Tungate have all been booked to guest, whilst Swindon include Chris Harris and Simon Lambert to cover for Jason Doyle and Zach Wajtknecht.

A full report and reaction from the meeting will follow later tonight.

SWINDON: Chris Harris, Tobiasz Musielak, Bradley Wilson-Dean, David Bellego, Nick Morris, Adam Ellis, Simon Lambert.

LEICESTER: Scott Nicholls, Erik Riss, Lasse Bjerre, Pawel Przedpelski R/R, Thomas Jorgensen, Rohan Tungate, Josh Bates.
